Swim Lessons Policy – Group Lessons
To ensure a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment for all participants, please review and adhere to the following policies regarding our group swim lessons:
1. No Refunds
All payments for group swim lessons are non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Illness or injury
Vacations or scheduling conflicts
Weather conditions (unless lessons are canceled by us)
Missed classes for any reason
Please register only if you are confident in your availability for the full session.
2. No Make-Up Lessons
We do not offer make-up lessons for missed group classes. Each lesson is part of a structured progression, and individual rescheduling disrupts the group dynamic. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the schedule.
3. Instructor Changes
We aim for instructor consistency, but we do not guarantee a specific instructor. Changes may occur due to staff availability, emergencies, or scheduling needs. All instructors are qualified and trained to maintain the quality and integrity of the program. Instructor changes are not grounds for refunds or credits.
4. Lateness
Please arrive on time and ready for your lesson. Late arrivals disrupt the class and reduce your child’s instructional time.
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class for safety and instructional reasons.
Missed time due to lateness will not be made up or credited.
5. Respectful Behavior
Respectful behavior is expected from all participants, parents/guardians, and spectators.
Any form of disrespect, disruption, defiance, or inappropriate behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow swimmers will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program without refund if behavior issues persist or compromise the safety or experience of others.
6. Cancellations by the Facility
If a class is canceled by the facility (e.g., due to weather, maintenance, or instructor emergency), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a credit. These situations are rare and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Policy Acknowledgment
By enrolling in group swim lessons, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy in full.
