Drowning is the leading cause of death for children ages 1–4 (CDC). Swim lessons are one of the best ways to protect them, and we make it easy for your center to offer them.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Quick call: We learn about your center, your students' ages, and your schedule.
2. Custom plan: We build a program that fits your day and budget.
3. Enrollment: Families sign a registration and waiver form for each child.
4. Kids swim: Your students start building water confidence and safety skills.


PROGRAM PRICING

All prices are per child, per 30-minute lesson, billed monthly.

- 4 to 20 students: $28 per lesson
- 20 to 50 students: $24 per lesson
- 51 to 80 students: $20 per lesson
- 81+ students: $16 per lesson

Transportation is the Groups responsibility 

Centers can choose how to pay:
- Center-paid: One monthly invoice for your whole group
- Parent-paid: Each family receives their own invoice
- Split: Your center covers part of the cost, and families pay the rest

Funding programs such as NEON, Cuyahoga DD Family Supports, and OhioRISE may help eligible families. Talk with us before submitting paperwork.


PARTNER TERMS

- Scheduling: Programs run in monthly sessions on a set day and time each week.
- Payment: Invoices are sent through Square and are due before the first lesson of each month.
- Minimum group size: 4 students per class.
- Cancellations: 24 notice is needed. Lessons canceled with less notice, or no-shows, are charged in full.
- Make-ups: Individual student absences are not made up. If we cancel because of a pool closure, bad weather, or an emergency on our end, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Once your spots are reserved, we hold them just for your students.
- Supervision: A center staff member must stay at the facility for all lessons.
- Forms: Every child needs a completed registration, health disclosure, and liability waiver before their first lesson. Photo releases are optional.
- Changes: Changing your regular day or time is a $300 fee.
- Ending a partnership: Please give 30 days' written notice before ending your program.
